Prime Membership

Prime membership may be offered by My-Vyapar for different terms and tenures. The window only for 2000 prime Membership. 1000 membership Prime Membership open for first-come First basis and rest 1000 Prime membership given by the company to customer on two-year statistic data of high-value purchase and number of purchase. Prime Membership can be joining/signing only through referral code. The referral code available with the salesman, sales promotion advertisement or my-vyapar select you a prime member and send you referral code on email/SMS.

Fees

The membership fee for Prime is different membership terms, such as annual Prime membership, which are offered. The Prime membership fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. Taxes may apply on the membership fee.

Auto-Renewal.

Your Prime membership will be Auto-renew on every 2nd  year of joining and will send SMS/email of same.   In cases, if you are not interested to renew then inform to us by email info@my-vyapar.com (mention your Mobile Number in the email or call us) before auto-renewal otherwise the prime membership fee will add to billing amount on purchase.

Membership Activation

Your paid Prime membership will be activated only on successful payment for Prime membership made through the My-Vyapar.in website.

Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your Paid Prime membership any time by requesting cancellation email info@my-vyapar.com or call from your registered mobile number. If you cancel the annual Prime membership within 3 business days of signing up for such paid Prime membership, we will issue a credit note to you and refund your full membership fee, provided that we may charge you (or withhold from your refund) the value of Prime benefits used by you and your account during this 3 business day period by issuing a partial credit note to you. If you cancel the annual Prime membership at any other time, we will raise a credit note and refund your full membership fee on prorated based only if you have not made any eligible purchases or taken advantage of Prime benefits since your latest Prime membership charge.

Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your Paid Prime membership any time by visiting Your Account and adjusting your membership settings on Prime Central. If you cancel the annual Prime membership within 7 business days of signing up for such paid Prime membership, we will issue a credit note to you and refund your full membership fee, provided that we may charge you (or withhold from your refund) the value of Prime benefits used by you and your account during this 3 business day period by issuing a partial credit note to you. If you cancel the annual Prime membership at any other time, we will raise a credit note and refund your full membership fee only if you have not made any eligible purchases or taken advantage of Prime benefits since your latest Prime membership charge.
